Puerto Dock Sud to launch foreign trade and training programs

The Puerto Dock Sud Management Consortium will present two new initiatives, Dock Sud Global and Aula Puerto Dock Sud, on September 3 during the Avellaneda 2026 Business Round. These programs aim to strengthen the connection between the port, the productive sector, and the local workforce in Avellaneda and the Buenos Aires province.

Dock Sud Global is designed to assist companies in entering foreign trade markets. It will provide comprehensive advisory services, including online consultations, regulatory information, and logistical and customs guidance. The program also intends to facilitate connections with customs brokers, business chambers, embassies, and commercial attachés.

Aula Puerto Dock Sud will serve as a training hub through partnerships with universities, educational institutions, public agencies, and labor organizations. The curriculum will focus on three areas: preparing for new labor challenges, updating worker knowledge, and port management training. The educational offering will also include English and Chinese language courses specifically applied to international trade.
