Puerto Jazz&Blues Festival concludes in Puertollano with Epi y Blues

The Puerto Jazz&Blues Festival in Puertollano wrapped up on Saturday night at the Concha de la Música with a final performance by the Spanish blues group Epi y Blues. The band delivered a set that blended classic blues, rock and soul, featuring covers such as “Money for Nothing” and “Chain of Fools”. Earlier in the festival, on Friday, the Madrid‑based group Astrid Jones & The Blue Flaps performed a mix of soul, jazz, reggae, funk and African rhythms, highlighting the event’s diverse musical programming.

The three‑day festival showcased three distinct styles and attracted both local residents and visitors. Organisers announced that the summer cultural programme will continue with a series of “Música en la calle” concerts on 13, 20 and 26 August, featuring flamenco, big‑band and crooner acts across various city venues.
