Mexico, Argentina and Chile launch training and inclusion programs

In Argentina, the Santa Cruz Provincial Education Council held a three‑day “Formación de Formadores en Alfabetización” in Buenos Aires, training teachers Rosana Colman, Ana Ferreyra, Norma Franco and Horacio Ochoa on new literacy tools and strategies.

The Cooperativa de Trabajo Produciendo La Pampa, led by President Laura Romero, continues to provide cooperative formation, team‑building workshops and legal assistance to socioproductive ventures across Argentine provinces.

In Chile, the University Diego Portales and Hospital del Salvador certified health professionals in a diploma on organizational development and leadership, with Hospital director Jorge Zajjur Castro highlighting the need for leadership skills in health care. The Chilean Comptroller also convened municipal officials for a national workshop on internal control, ethics and digital transformation, while the municipality of Castro ran a community‑volunteering training for more than 50 participants on legal frameworks and funding opportunities.

In Mexico, municipal president Blanca Merari Tziu Muñoz of Puerto Morelos signed a collaboration with the civil association Equinos Contigo to provide free equine therapy to about 90 children with disabilities. The Mexico City Congress approved a protocol for an inclusive public consultation on a new law for autistic persons. The Secretariat of Security and Protection Civile graduated 30 members of its National Operations Unit after a five‑week rescue‑coordination course. Additionally, Sonora’s DIF introduced a tablet‑based augmentative communication system to improve interaction for non‑verbal persons.
