Puerto Real launches beach recycling awareness campaign

The Puerto Real City Council, in collaboration with Ecoembes, has launched an environmental awareness campaign on the municipality's beaches. Under the slogans ‘Reciclar es cuidar de lo nuestro’ and ‘Reciclar es cuidar de nuestras playas’, the initiative aims to promote recycling and sustainable habits among citizens during the summer season.

The campaign provides information on the correct use of waste containers, reminding residents that cans, cartons, and plastic packaging should go into yellow bins, while paper and cardboard belong in blue bins. The goal is to encourage proper waste separation to support the local circular economy and environmental protection.
