Puerto Rico advances to Pan American Cup semifinals

The Puerto Rican men's national volleyball team has advanced to the semifinals of the 2026 Pan American Cup after defeating Cuba 3-1 (18-25, 28-26, 28-26, 25-19) in Morelos, Mexico.

After losing the first set, Puerto Rico secured two consecutive closely contested sets to take the lead. Pedro Molina led the team with 17 points, followed by Klistan Lawrence with 16 points. The victory places Puerto Rico in a semifinal matchup against Canada, while Mexico and the United States compete for the remaining spot in the final.
