Puerto Serrano: Calle Magdalena works generate 5,400 workdays
The fifth phase of urbanization works on Calle Magdalena in Puerto Serrano has generated 5,400 workdays. The project is part of the PER program, utilizing PFEA funds, and has allocated more than 565,170 euros specifically to labor costs.
The infrastructure improvements include replacing aging sewage and supply installations. The final stages of the project will involve consolidating new sidewalks and paving the surface to match the historical style of other areas in the old part of Puerto Serrano, such as Calle En Medio or Ronda.
In addition to the labor costs, 254,000 euros have been invested in materials. The project is fully funded by external administrations rather than the Puerto Serrano City Council. Local officials, including Mayor Daniel Pérez and Works Councilor Antonio Carrero, recently visited the site to inspect the final stages of the work.
