Puerto Vallarta man charged with aggravated sexual abuse of two minors

Lorenzo Antonio “N” has been formally charged in Puerto Vallarta for the aggravated sexual abuse of two adolescents. The alleged incidents occurred at a property in the Lomas del Medio neighborhood during various dates between March and April 2025.

Following an investigation by the Jalisco State Prosecutor's Office (Fiscalía del Estado de Jalisco), specifically the Regional Investigation Vice-Prosecutor's Office, the suspect was arrested and brought before a control judge. The judge ruled to link the individual to the criminal process and ordered one year of mandatory preventive detention.

A six-month period has been established for complementary investigations to continue and for further evidence to be incorporated into the case. Due to the involvement of minors, the identities of the victims are being protected under privacy laws.
