Puertollano Mayor welcomes new Salesian leadership

The Mayor of Puertollano, Miguel Ángel Ruiz, met with the new leaders of the Salesian community in the city. Mariano Sáez de Castro has been appointed as the new parish priest of María Auxiliadora and director of the Salesian House, succeeding Julián Sánchez. Sáez de Castro brings over five decades of experience in education and pastoral work across various Spanish locations.

Miguel Ángel Muñoz has taken over as the new director of the Salesian College and general coordinator of Pastoral, succeeding Sergio Oter. Muñoz, a native of Puertollano, previously spent twenty-five years in Ciudad Real working in educational management and pastoral duties. The meeting included Antonio Gómez, the vocational training coordinator, and focused on the new leaders' impressions and their upcoming service to the community.
