Puglia provinces report over 500 job openings via WorkUP

The latest WorkUP data indicates a dynamic labor market in the Italian provinces of Bari, BAT, and Foggia, with 560 total job positions requested by local companies.

There has been significant growth in the tourism and catering sectors, where opportunities tripled from 59 to 171 units. The construction, plants, and real estate sector remains stable in second place with 101 positions. Growth was also noted in administrative, accounting, and professional services (59 positions), as well as ICT, digital services, and communication (22 positions).

Additionally, a call for applications is open for 3,767 volunteer operators for universal civil service projects, including 97 projects within the Bari, BAT, and Foggia provinces. Candidates must apply by Friday, November 6. The platform also features 172 open positions selected by EURES Puglia assistants through the European network of employment services.
