Puka Nacua expected to play for Rams in season opener

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua is expected to play in the season opener against the San Francisco 49ers despite recent health and off-field concerns. Nacua has been managing groin and psoas soreness, but reports indicate he has received the green light from the team to participate.

Off the field, Nacua faces scrutiny regarding an alleged New Year’s Eve incident involving a biting accusation, which the NFL is reviewing under its personal conduct policy. However, insiders suggest there is a real possibility he may avoid league discipline this season.

Regarding his professional future, Nacua expressed confidence in remaining with the Rams organization. While he is currently playing under a rookie contract, he has stated he enjoys the team environment and cannot see himself playing elsewhere.
