Rams face injury shifts as Puka Nacua returns and Aaron Donald is ruled out

The Los Angeles Rams and Philadelphia Eagles face significant roster changes ahead of their Week 4 matchup. Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua is expected to return after missing two games due to hip and groin injuries. While Nacua participated in full practice, coaches may manage his workload to prevent re-injury.

Conversely, the Rams will be without defensive tackle Aaron Donald, who has been ruled out due to back soreness. Other Rams players, including tight end Terrance Ferguson and cornerback Jaylen Watson, are also sidelined or questionable. The team also waived return specialist Xavier Smith.

The Eagles are also dealing with multiple injuries. Key players listed as out or unlikely to play include wide receivers DeVonta Smith and Hollywood Brown, tight end Dallas Goedert, linebacker Zack Baun, and safety Marcus Epps. The game is scheduled for Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field.
