Pullman‑Idaho and Washington‑DC Libraries Offer Community Programs This Week

Public libraries in Pullman and Moscow, Idaho, are hosting a slate of family‑friendly activities. Thursday’s lineup includes a kids' storytime at Neill Public Library, a fairy‑craft session at Moscow Public Library, STEM workshops on magnetism, rock‑painting, a community band concert, and a variety of arts, music and pet‑social events across local venues. Friday adds storytime, STEAM challenges for teens, a Queer Book Club, board‑game nights and a family movie screening.

Washington, D.C., libraries have posted an all‑day schedule for July 7, with storytime, reading, and community‑meeting sessions at dozens of neighborhood branches, including the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library, Takoma Park, Georgetown, and many others. Slots range from early‑morning children's programs to afternoon workshops, each hosted in specific meeting rooms or computer labs.
