Pulp announces new concert documentary ‘What Do You Do For An Encore?’

The British band Pulp has released the trailer and official artwork for their new concert documentary, ‘What Do You Do For An Encore?’. Directed by Garth Jennings, the 90-minute film chronicles the band’s journey from their early years to their status as Britpop icons.

The documentary features footage from two sold-out concerts at London’s The O2 in 2025, alongside four decades of archival material and previously unreleased behind-the-scenes footage. Frontman Jarvis Cocker provides narration for the film, describing the experience as ‘a true journey through time’.

The film will have limited theatrical releases in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, the United States, and Mexico in September, before becoming available for streaming on MUBI on September 25.
