Pulsar Group faces HMRC winding-up petitions

Pulsar Group, an AIM-listed technology firm, and its subsidiary ResponseSource are facing winding-up petitions filed by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) at the London High Court. The petitions follow outstanding VAT and PAYE obligations.

Pulsar Group, which operates platforms such as Pulsar, Vuelio, and Isentia, reported record revenue of £33 million for the six months ending May 31, 2026, a 10% increase year-on-year. Despite this, the company's shares saw a 10% drop following the news, contributing to a nearly 30% decline in value over the past year.

The group stated it is in regular dialogue with HMRC and expects to settle the remaining amounts through normal cash collections, maintaining that its underlying trading position is stable and business operations are continuing as normal.
