Pulsar unveils X5 ergonomic gaming mouse at Tokyo Game Show

Pulsar has unveiled the X5, a new lightweight ergonomic gaming mouse, at the Tokyo Game Show 2026. Designed primarily for users with larger hands, the mouse features a right-handed ergonomic shape with a large thumb shelf and a mid-height hump intended to support the palm.

To achieve a weight of approximately 62 grams without using the perforated shells common in many lightweight mice, Pulsar utilized an open-bottom chassis design. This approach keeps the top and side panels solid while removing material from underneath the device. The prototype also includes a third button located near the thumb area, though its specific function has not yet been disclosed.

While early impressions highlight the device's weight and shape, official specifications regarding dimensions, pricing, sensor hardware, and release timing have not been confirmed by Pulsar.
