Punjab CM launches second phase of laptop and scholarship schemes

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has launched the second phase of a laptop and scholarship scheme aimed at supporting students through technology, artificial intelligence, and practical skills. Provincial Information Minister Azma Bokhari stated that these initiatives are designed to address the educational and social needs of the province’s youth.

In addition to the educational programs, the Chief Minister inaugurated the second phase of the CM Punjab Livestock Card. This initiative seeks to transform Punjab into a regional livestock hub. The program aims to increase animal exports and boost profits for rural farmers, with the government noting that the initiative has already enabled farmers to earn significant net profits per animal and has led to the notification of several Foot-and-Mouth Disease-free compartments.
