Punjab Education Recruitment Directorate Announces 3,013 Teaching Vacancies for 2026

The Education Recruitment Directorate (ERD) of Punjab issued two recruitment notifications for 2026. One calls for 2,000 Physical Training Instructor (PTI) positions in the Primary Cadre of the School Education Department, requiring a 12th‑grade pass with a physical‑education qualification, age 18‑37, and an online application starting 31 July 2026. The second announces 1,013 Lecturer (Group B) posts in the Education Department, needing a postgraduate degree with at least 55 % marks, a B.Ed., and the same age limits, with online applications open from 1 July to 31 July 2026. Both recruitments are overseen by the Punjab government and will follow written examinations, document verification, and medical tests.
