Punk Rock Museum to host Motörhead and Lemmy Kilmister exhibition

The Punk Rock Museum in Las Vegas will open a new exhibition dedicated to the legendary rock and heavy metal band Motörhead and its frontman, Lemmy Kilmister, on October 2, 2026.

The exhibition will feature personal items from Kilmister’s collection, including photographs and handwritten lyrics. A central feature of the display allows visitors to interact directly with the equipment; guests will be able to plug Lemmy’s Rickenbacker bass into his actual Marshall stack to experience the band’s signature sound.

To celebrate the opening, Brian Slagel of Metal Blade Records will perform a DJ set at the adjacent Three Star Punk Bar. The museum's record store and gift shop will also offer Motörhead albums and exclusive merchandise.
