À Punt to premiere new game show ‘Sopa de letras’

À Punt is launching a new entertainment game show titled ‘Sopa de letras’, hosted by Jota Abril. The program is scheduled to premiere on Monday, 14 September, airing weekdays at 19:30 for one hour.

The show adapts the traditional paper-based word search puzzle into a televised competition. Contestants work in pairs to answer general knowledge questions and physically locate the answers on a large, animated LED floor screen. The game includes elements of speed, coordination, and humor, featuring increasing levels of difficulty through elimination rounds leading to a grand finale.

To encourage viewer engagement, the show is designed so that the audience can participate from home by viewing the questions, the board, and the remaining time on screen.
