Punta Cana sees new 159-villa residential development

Grupo Avellano and Escala Group have announced Canavé, a new residential project in the Vista Cana area of Punta Cana. The development will consist of 159 villas distributed across three construction phases.

The project focuses on low density, privacy, and integration with nature. The first phase includes 19 villas, followed by 60 units in the second phase, and 80 in the third. Architectural designs feature a perforated skin to regulate light and ventilation while enhancing privacy. Villa models range from two-bedroom units of approximately 122 square meters to four-bedroom residences of approximately 188 square meters.
