Purdue Fall Invitational men's golf tournament set for October

The Purdue Fall Invitational is scheduled to take place from October 12–13 at the Kampen-Cosler Golf Course in West Lafayette, Indiana. The 54-hole tournament features 13 competing teams, including Purdue, Ball State, Bowling Green, Butler, DePaul, Illinois State, Indiana, Northern Illinois, Oakland, Omaha, Purdue Fort Wayne, Southern Illinois, and Toledo.

The event will utilize a “play six, count five” scoring format. The tournament schedule includes a practice round on Sunday, October 11, followed by two rounds on Monday with a shotgun start at 8:45 a.m. ET. The final round on Tuesday will feature either rolling tee times or a 9:30 a.m. ET shotgun start.

Indiana University enters the competition looking to defend its previous success, having won the invitational in both 2021 and 2024. Purdue, the host, is the only team in the field ranked within the top 50 of the final 2025-26 college golf rankings.
