Purdue women's soccer ties program goal record in 8-0 win

The Purdue women's soccer team tied a program record for goals in a single match during an 8-0 victory over Eastern Illinois. The Boilermakers dominated the game, outshooting the Panthers 40-4 and maintaining a 25-1 advantage in shots during the first half.

Jaiden Anderson and Megan Santa Cruz each recorded two goals. Angelina Thoreson contributed one goal and two assists, while Charlotte McMurtrie, Montgomery Draham, and Kayla Budish also scored. Purdue's next match is scheduled against Ball State on August 27.
