PureHealth launches AI solution for Daman insurance operations

PureHealth has launched an AI-powered solution for The National Insurance Company – Daman to streamline document processing in the UAE. The technology is designed to handle over 60 million documents annually, aiming to convert more than 80 per cent of them into structured digital data.

This automation is expected to reduce processing times from days to minutes and decrease manual rework by over 50 per cent. The system will assist Daman's three million members by improving the accuracy and speed of policyholder requests, including enrollments, endorsements, and complex claims. By minimizing manual data entry and identifying incomplete information during submission, the solution intends to allow staff to focus on higher-value tasks such as fraud detection and clinical quality assurance.
