Purple Disco Machine announces new album and 2027 tour

German DJ and producer Tino Piontek, known as Purple Disco Machine, has announced his fourth studio album, titled ‘Cosmotropia’, scheduled for release on April 30, 2027. The project is inspired by 1970s and 1980s cosmic disco and space rock, drawing influences from artists such as Pink Floyd, Jean-Michel Jarre, and Kraftwerk.

Alongside the album announcement, the artist released a new single, ‘Test My Luck’, a collaboration with British singer and songwriter MEEK. The track features a blend of warm keyboards and 1980s disco-rock elements.

A European tour is planned for the autumn of 2027. In Germany, the tour will include six dates in Cologne, Leipzig, Munich, Berlin, Stuttgart, and Hamburg.
