PV GAS appoints new Chairman and General Director

PV GAS has restructured its senior leadership for the 2026–2031 term following its General Meeting of Shareholders on September 14. The company appointed Bùi Minh Tiến as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Dương Trí Hội as General Director. Additionally, Nguyễn Tuấn Anh was elected as a member of the Board of Directors.

The leadership changes follow the dismissal of three previous board members: Nguyễn Thanh Bình, Phạm Văn Phong, and Trần Nhật Huy. Petrovietnam leadership emphasized that PV GAS plays a pioneering role in the gas industry, contributing to national energy and food security.

Financial reports presented during the meeting showed strong performance for the first eight months of 2026. PV GAS reported consolidated revenue of over 108,100 billion VND, a 37% increase compared to the same period last year. Consolidated pre-tax profit reached 14,543 billion VND, up 26%, while after-tax profit was nearly 11,700 billion VND. These figures represent approximately 130% of the annual target. The company has also contributed approximately 7,000 billion VND to the state budget.
