PV Sindhu exits Asian Games quarterfinals after loss to Chen Yufei

Sindhu expressed disappointment over the loss, noting she was within three points of victory. She also criticized the tournament's scheduling, stating it was not well organized. Sindhu reported a demanding schedule that included playing matches late into the night, reaching her hotel at approximately 1:30 AM, and having limited recovery time before her quarterfinal match.

With this result, India concluded its badminton campaign at the games without an individual medal for the first time since 2014. Sindhu stated that while the defeat is painful, she remains committed to refining her game and addressing shortcomings to pursue future success.
