PVcomBank announces 300 million share private placement

PVcomBank has announced that seven investors, including five companies and two individuals, have registered to purchase 300 million shares during a private placement in 2026. The offering price is set at 13,628 VND per share, with the bank expected to raise approximately 4,088 billion VND if the distribution is successful.

The corporate investors include I.P Real Estate Investment JSC, Ly Thanh Sao JSC, DTH Construction Investment Management and Technology Consulting JSC, Vuong Phat Real Estate Construction JSC, and Phuong Dong Financial Consulting and Trade Investment JSC. These five entities are expected to invest a combined total of approximately 3,666 billion VND.

Individual investors include Cao Hung Cuong and Pham Thanh Tien. Pham Thanh Tien has registered to purchase nearly 16.5 million shares for approximately 225 billion VND, which would increase his total holdings to nearly 59.9 million shares.
