PVEM federal deputies in Mexico report varying legislative activity
Mexican federal deputies from the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico (PVEM) are facing scrutiny and planning legislative returns. Héctor Pedroza Jiménez has been noted for having minimal individual legislative activity during the LXVI Legislature. Records indicate his role has primarily been as a signatory to collective projects or as an adherent to initiatives proposed by other deputies, rather than as a primary author of reforms, despite his positions on commissions related to National Defense, Navy, and Finance.
Meanwhile, Ernesto Núñez Aguilar announced he will resume his duties as a federal deputy on August 31. Núñez Aguilar, who also leads the PVEM in Michoacán, stated his previous leave of absence was a personal decision to facilitate his political activities. He intends to support the federal government's agenda while pursuing a leadership role within the party's coordination in Michoacán.
