PVEM leader Manuel Muñoz Cano marks birthday with 3,000‑plus rally in Tamaulipas

Manuel Muñoz Cano, the state president of the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico (PVEM) in Tamaulipas, celebrated his birthday with a large public gathering. Over 3,000 supporters and a host of political figures attended, including the mayors of Ciudad Victoria and Reynosa, former state officials, and PVEM‑backed senator‑candidate Maki Ortiz Domínguez.

The event was framed as a show of the party’s growing organizational strength ahead of the 2027 municipal elections and the 2028 gubernatorial race in the state.
