PVR INOX to open multiplex at Bhumika Realty’s The Icon in Faridabad

Bhumika Realty, the real estate division of Bhumika Group, has partnered with PVR INOX Limited to establish a 25,000-square-foot multiscreen multiplex at The Icon in Faridabad. The development is a mixed-use project located on Delhi-Mathura Road in Sector 27A.

This agreement represents the second collaboration between the two companies, following a previous partnership at Urban Square in Udaipur. Under the terms of the deal, PVR INOX will occupy space on the second and third floors of The Icon. The multiplex is scheduled to open in conjunction with the launch of the broader retail mall.

The Icon is a RERA-approved development designed by the South African firm Bentel Associates. It is intended to serve residential and commercial catchments in Faridabad, South Delhi, and surrounding NCR districts through a combination of retail, hospitality, and residential spaces.
