PwC US and PwC India form joint venture for advisory services

PwC US and PwC India have announced a joint venture to integrate their advisory and consulting capabilities into a single platform. The move aims to serve clients in India, the US, and globally by combining PwC India’s consulting business with the India-based capabilities of PwC US Advisory.

The restructuring will merge PwC US’s India-based Acceleration Centers with PwC India’s consulting branch. This integrated model is designed to provide greater scale and seamless access to expertise in strategy, transformation, technology, engineering, and artificial intelligence.

PwC US Senior Partner and CEO Paul Griggs stated that the combination is intended to build a platform that connects market relationships and delivery into one team. The venture is expected to support US-headquartered companies with Global Capability Centers in India and strengthen the firm's ability to manage critical business operations for clients. The transaction is projected to be finalized in the first half of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals.
