Pyaar Prema Kalyanam to premiere on Netflix this August

The Tamil romantic comedy Pyaar Prema Kalyanam is scheduled to premiere on Netflix on 21 August. The film explores unconventional marriage dynamics, centered on a bride, Pavi, who refuses to leave her family home after her wedding, resulting in her husband, Elan, moving into her family's household.

Director and actor Elan, who stars alongside Saanve Megghana, noted that the film’s family conflicts were inspired by real-life observations and interviews with his own family members. Megghana described her role as a modern influencer, a departure from her previous rural character roles.
