Pyeongtaek Godeok Umirin The Premier apartment complex to launch
The Woomi Construction consortium has announced the opening of a model house on the 6th for the Pyeongtaek Godeok Umirin The Premier development in the Godeok International City. The complex will consist of 623 units across eight buildings, with heights reaching up to 23 stories. Unit sizes include 84 square meters (400 units), 94 square meters (79 units), 101 square meters (129 units), and 111 square meters (15 units).
Located near the Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus, the site is positioned within a developing residential hub. Planned local infrastructure includes the relocation of the Pyeongtaek City Hall and City Council, as well as new schools scheduled to open between 2028 and 2029. Notably, an international school involving the US-based Annie Wright School is targeted for a 2030 opening.
Transportation links include proximity to Seojeongni and Pyeongtaek Jije stations, with future improvements expected via KTX connections and GTX-A and C line extensions. The subscription schedule begins with special supplies on the 9th, followed by first-priority applications on the 10th and second-priority on the 11th. Winners will be announced on the 17th, with move-in expected in May 2029.
