Pyramids FC Pre‑season Camp in Turkey Under New Coach Roland Mokoena

Egyptian club Pyramids FC announced that its squad will spend a pre‑season training camp in Turkey from 23 July to 9 August 2026. The team, led by newly appointed South African coach Roland Mokoena, completed its final domestic training sessions at Cairo's Air Defence Stadium before departure.

The 30‑player roster includes established senior members and several young prospects across all positions – goalkeepers Ahmed Shenawy, Mahmoud Jad and Ziad Heitham; defenders such as Mahmoud Mar'i and Ahmed Sami; midfielders including Mustafa Fathi and Ahmed Tawfiq; and forwards like Yusuf Obama and Dodo Al‑Jabbas. The camp aims to improve fitness, tactical cohesion and evaluate formations ahead of the upcoming Egyptian league season, with a series of friendly matches scheduled in Turkey.
