Pyrenees mountain rescues conducted by Guardia Civil

Emergency services conducted multiple mountain rescues in the Aragonese Pyrenees between August 28 and 30. The operations involved the Guardia Civil's GREIM mountain rescue groups and medical personnel from 061.

Specific incidents included the rescue of a 53-year-old woman near the Renclusa refuge in Benasque due to a possible ankle fracture, and a 30-year-old man in the Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park who required assistance due to knee pain.

Additionally, rescuers assisted two hikers near Castillo Mayor in Puértolas who were suffering from exhaustion, and a 19-year-old Polish national near the Góriz refuge who was diagnosed with gastroenteritis.
