PZ Cussons posts 5.4% revenue rise and profit growth in 2026
PZ Cussons plc said revenue grew 5.4% to £541.4 million for the year to 31 May 2026, with adjusted operating profit up 24.5% to £59.5 million and pre‑tax profit rising 21.9% to £50.1 million. The company used proceeds from the sale of its PZ Wilmar joint venture to cut net debt from £87 million to £25 million and has reduced gross debt by £174.3 million over three years. CEO Jonathan Myers highlighted a refreshed strategy that keeps the African business under clear guardrails, retains the St Tropez tanning brand, and leverages partnerships such as with Emerson in North America, where St Tropez saw 6.9% growth.
