Qalyubia Health officials inspect medical clinics and laboratories in Banha

Dr. Isaac Jamil, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Qalyubia, conducted field inspections of medical facilities in Banha to evaluate service quality and operational efficiency.

During a visit to dermatology clinics, Jamil noted high patient volumes and congestion at ticket counters. He issued directives to the quality management department to establish and announce clear service pathways for patients to reduce crowding and improve the patient experience. He emphasized the importance of listening to patient feedback to drive service improvements.

Additionally, Jamil inspected the Central Laboratories in Banha, which consist of clinical, water, and food units. The inspection covered advanced diagnostic technologies, including equipment for detecting heavy metals, fatty acids, pesticides, and toxins in food and water. The laboratories provide specialized services such as blood analysis, chemical testing, and home delivery of laboratory services within the Qalyubia governorate.
