Qalyubia officials inspect roadwork and waste management in Qalyub and Toukh

Qalyubia Governor Hossam Abdel Fattah has ordered intensified field monitoring of service project implementation, road efficiency, and waste management systems within the governorate.

Deputy Governor Eman Rayan conducted extensive field inspections in the cities of Qalyub and Toukh. The tour included monitoring ongoing road paving works to ensure compliance with technical specifications and timelines, as well as inspecting the mechanical equipment readiness in Qalyub to improve traffic flow and urban order.

In Toukh, inspections focused on the paving of the Haddadin tunnel and the operations of the intermediate waste transfer station to ensure efficient waste collection. Additionally, authorities conducted campaigns to remove street obstructions and encroachments in Toukh to improve pedestrian and vehicle movement.
