Qena Deputy Governor discusses school development and community support

Dr. Hazem Omar, Deputy Governor of Qena, held an extensive meeting with Tarek Saad El-Din, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Qena, and various educational leaders to monitor the regularity and discipline of the educational process.

The meeting focused on intensifying field visits to schools across the governorate to identify and resolve obstacles promptly. A key priority discussed was the activation of community participation to support schools, particularly regarding routine maintenance. This initiative aims to address relative deficits in maintenance allocations through cooperation between parents, civil society organizations, and educational departments to improve the learning environment.

Additionally, the Ministry of Education has prepared a comprehensive training plan designed to develop the professional skills of educational staff and school principals, aiming to enhance field performance and the overall quality of educational services.
