Qena Governor attends Mawlid al-Nabi celebrations at Sidi Abdel Rahim al-Qanai Mosque

The Governor of Qena, Major General Dr. Mustafa al-Beblawi, attended a religious celebration organized by the Qena Directorate of Awqaf to commemorate the Prophet Muhammad's birthday (Mawlid al-Nabi) at the Sidi Abdel Rahim al-Qanai Mosque.

The event included various religious activities, such as Quranic recitations and speeches by religious leaders, including Sheikh Zein al-Abidin Ali Abdel Badie, who emphasized the importance of following the Prophet's teachings on tolerance, peace, and social cohesion. The program concluded with religious supplications.

During the ceremony, Governor al-Beblawi extended congratulations to President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and the people of Egypt. He highlighted the need to draw inspiration from the noble values of the Prophet's biography, specifically emphasizing tolerance, belonging, and collective work to support national development efforts.
