The dashboard serves as a centralized monitoring hub for the Auto Collection System (ACS), a modern mechanism for automated payment processing. By consolidating transaction data from various channels into a single view, the tool aims to improve administrative efficiency and recording accuracy.

Target users include logistics companies, shipping firms, freight forwarders, exporters, and importers. The dashboard allows both Pelindo and its service users to monitor specific fund statuses, including confirmed payments, to ensure a smoother national supply chain and logistics ecosystem.
