QNAP Systems launches myQNAPcloud Storage Business beta

QNAP Systems, Inc. has announced the beta launch of myQNAPcloud Storage Business, a new subscription-based service designed to facilitate team collaboration. The service provides a unified environment where each team member receives private storage space, while shared team spaces allow for centralized data management and file exchange across an organization.

Key features of the service include flexible scaling, starting with a minimum of three users with 2 TB of storage each, where every additional license adds another 2 TB to the organization’s shared pool. The platform also supports Microsoft 365 for the web, allowing users to open and edit Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files directly online. The service aims to support remote work and media production by providing enterprise-level data protection and centralized administrative control over storage usage and access permissions.
