QNB Tunisia reports strong H1 2026 financial growth

QNB Tunisia has reported strong financial performance for the first half of 2026, characterized by significant growth in key indicators. Customer deposits reached 1,647 million dinars as of June 30, 2026, an 11.7% increase compared to June 2025. Customer loans rose by 25.2% year-on-year to 1,737 million dinars, while off-balance sheet commitments increased by 38.8% to 346 million dinars.

The bank’s Net Banking Income (NBI) rose 16.1% to 42.9 million dinars, outperforming the Tunisian banking sector average. This growth was driven by a 14.7% increase in interest margins and a 22.3% rise in other banking products.

Beyond financial metrics, QNB Tunisia continues its community development initiatives. As part of Global Financial Education Week, the bank collaborated with ‘Graines d’Entrepreneur Tunis’ to host educational workshops for students. These programs aim to teach children responsible money management, savings, and financial planning through interactive sessions and field visits to the Tunis Stock Exchange.
