Qualco acquires 60% of Lever Development Consultants

Qualco Group has purchased a majority 60% stake in Greek consulting firm Lever Development Consultants for an initial €3 million, with a possible additional earn‑out of up to €0.5 million tied to performance targets. Lever, founded in 2011, is a leading provider of digital‑transformation and development consulting to public and private organisations across Greece and the EU. The Lever founders will retain a minority shareholding and continue to run the company, ensuring continuity for clients. The acquisition is described by Qualco as a key element of its growth strategy, broadening its footprint in the European technology market, accessing new smart‑city and resilience projects funded by roughly €5 billion of EU resources, and expanding the use of Qualco’s requirement‑management platforms. Qualco’s executive president Orestes Tsaka said, “Lever is exactly the kind of company we are looking for: a distinguished market leader built on trusted relationships where Qualco’s technology can generate significant synergies.” The group reported 2025 revenues of €216 million, EBITDA €43 million and a 20 % margin, underscoring its financial capacity for the deal.
