Qualcomm Vietnam Innovation Challenge awards $255,000 to five startups
Five technology teams were honored at the conclusion of the Qualcomm Vietnam Innovation Challenge (QVIC) 2026, receiving a total of $255,000 in prize money.
NAISCORP ROBOTICS took first place with $100,000, followed by TENSOR in second with $75,000, and VEEP in third with $50,000. AIZ JSC. and OPENMIND ROBOTICS both received Innovation Awards of $15,000 each. In addition to the cash prizes, winners gain access to Qualcomm Technologies’ global network, providing opportunities for industry connections, international trade exhibitions, and potential customer outreach.
Supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology since 2019, QVIC focuses on nurturing innovation in fields such as AI, edge computing, 5G, IoT, robotics, smart cities, and automotive technology. Over its six years of operation, the program has supported 80 startups and facilitated more than 200 patent applications.
