Qualibat launches app to find certified renovation professionals
Qualibat, a building certification body, has launched a free mobile application designed to help individuals and professionals locate qualified renovation specialists. The tool aims to address the risks associated with hiring unverified contractors through word-of-mouth, which can lead to issues after deposits are paid.
The application includes a database of 53,000 companies and allows users to search by specific trades—such as painters, carpenters, or heating engineers—using their postal code. It provides real-time access to the qualifications and certifications of the listed professionals to ensure reliability for home adaptation projects, such as insulation or climate control installations.
