Quang Ninh and Da Nang exchange technology and innovation expertise

Representatives from Quang Ninh and Da Nang met to exchange experiences regarding the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, issued by the Politburo, which focuses on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.

During the working session, Quang Ninh shared its expertise in leadership, policy development, digital infrastructure, and human resource training. The discussions centered on three key areas: specific mechanisms to attract investment in the digital technology industry; digital transformation and the operation of Intelligent Operation Centers (IOC); and the coordination between the state, educational institutions, and businesses to commercialize research and develop startup ecosystems.

The Da Nang delegation also visited Quang Ninh’s Public Administration Service Center to observe local models, including smart kiosks and integrated information systems used for monitoring and evaluating tasks.
