Quang Ninh hosts training for Xay Nhaphouli officials

Quang Ninh City authorities have launched a training program for leadership and management officials from Xay Nhaphouli Province, Laos. The program, held at the Vu Van Hieu Political School, includes 30 key officials from the Lao province.

Vu Quyet Tien, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh City, emphasized the importance of friendship and cooperation between Quang Ninh and Xay Nhaphouli. The training focuses on practical areas such as Party building, socio-economic development, administrative reform, digital transformation, and national defense and security. The curriculum also includes field research at various local agencies and units within Quang Ninh.
