Quang Ninh implements borderless digital public services

Quang Ninh province is modernizing its public service delivery through digital transformation and administrative reforms. The province has implemented a system that allows for the submission of administrative files regardless of geographic boundaries, reducing the need for travel and paperwork for citizens.

Currently, 100% of the province's 2,210 administrative procedures are available through this borderless online public service model. Residents can use digital tools, such as the Mao Khe Smart application, to schedule appointments and submit documents at local administrative centers, which are then processed electronically by the relevant authorities.
