Quang Ninh police arrest three youths for illegal CBD oil sale

Police in Ha Long Ward, Quang Ninh province, have arrested three individuals for the illegal sale of drugs in the form of CBD oil. The suspects, all residents of Quang Ninh, were identified as Nguyen Quang Huy (born 2008), Nguyen Minh Chau (born 2008), and Hoang Linh Chi (born 2007).

The arrests, conducted on August 30, 2026, aim to prevent drug infiltration into the area, particularly during periods of high public activity and entertainment. Authorities have issued a warning to the public, especially teenagers, to remain vigilant and avoid purchasing or using products of unknown origin, such as e-cigarettes or oils containing narcotics.
